Since the second inauguration of Trump in 2025, ICE has committed innumerable alleged offenses in its immoral and unlawful assault on both the citizenry and other free humans in this land, including but not limited to assault, battery, unlawful search and seizure, rape, sexual assault, bribery, coercion, violations of the First, Second, and Fourth Amendments to the Constitution, theft, torture, violations of habeas corpus, unlawful restraint, unlawful imprisonment, violations of laws both natural and manmade, and other odious offenses too many to count or catalogue. The VoICE Project is dedicated to those whom ICE has recklessly slaughtered.
To the victims, those lost to us forever through the reckless and intentional misapplication of physical force and neglect. This site exists to keep their memories alive, to establish an honest record of the death toll, and to pay homage to their lives. While this site will not blink in its mission to report the accurate and oftentimes grotesque details of the victims’ deaths, it does so without intention to entertain or fetishize those details. It is our belief that only in the merciless, unflinching willingness to look into the darkness of ICE’s actions can we ever hope to hold these agents and their leaders to account under the law at some future time when such an ideal shines again upon this cursed and cursèd land.
While we will do our very best to keep all information accurate, it is extremely difficult to do so while the State actively obfuscates such information. Indeed, the death toll is likely much higher than what has been reported and what is known at this time. Insofar as we are able, we would like to respect the wishes of the families of the victims and maintain their dignity, and so if you are a family member or friend of a victim, please feel free to reach out to [email protected] with any updated pictures or with anecdotes about your loved one.

The deaths we lay at the feet of ICE are those that pass a single test: would this person be alive if not for ICE? Who is counted explains how we apply it, including to the deaths of despair, the suicides, that this regime’s actions have caused.
We lay the fault for these suicides directly at the feet of ICE, its leaders in the agency, the political elite, Stephen Miller, the president, and ultimately the voters, all of whom have acted with wanton and reckless disregard for the lives of these immigrants and the citizens who have stood as a bulwark against their unlawful imprisonment and deaths, by creating an oppressive and hostile climate in which all hope for their future is lost to them.
As much as this page is a memorial for the fallen and an accountability list for the perpetrators, it is a celebration of the victims’ lives as well. These were people alive and vital, as young as can be and as old as well; they meant something to the people around them, and their lives were cut short by the votes of the ill-informed and the bigoted.
Let us never forget, as we fight to hold back the tide of these government-sanctioned death squads, that while these victims have now entered the pages of history, they were, before that, sons, daughters, mothers, fathers, cherished friends, and neighbors. Let us remember their lives as well as we remember their deaths.
Finally, it is our sincerest hope that though these people have been silenced in death, here in this place, on this site, they may find their voices again.
